The gyneco­lo­gy prac­ti­ce was over­run with old exis­ting cli­ents. Youn­ger pati­ents no lon­ger came to them. In the brand stra­tegy work­shop, we shar­pe­ned their posi­tio­ning: who do we want to address and how? Dani­el was a suc­cessful per­so­nal trai­ner in Basel, but had no web pre­sence and gai­ned cli­ents exclu­si­ve­ly through recom­men­da­ti­ons.
