7 clear signs that your healthcare company needs brand consulting
How practices, clinics and health-tech companies build trust, gain patients and create future security with a strong brand.
1. Your brand is blurry.
When asked “What do we actually stand for?” you get shrugs or five different answers. Without clarity inside, there is a lack of radiance to the outside.
Consequence: Patients and referrers cannot clearly classify you, they decide more quickly for a competitor.
2. Your communication consists of individual measures without a common thread.
Website, flyer, social media, trade fair appearance, everything runs side by side, nothing interlocks.
Consequence: Investments in marketing fizzle out because the message is not consistent.
3. Patients and partners do not understand your added value.
You have expertise and quality, but it is not brought to the point.
Consequence: Competitors with louder messages appear more visible, although they have less substance in terms of content.
4. There is a lack of a common vision.
Management, therapists, doctors or the team in the background, everyone has a different picture of the brand.
Consequence: Decisions are protracted, the external presentation seems arbitrary.
5. Your external appearance no longer matches your attitude.
A specialized clinic that stands for precision and trust communicates externally with restless design and interchangeable claims, which seems contradictory.
Consequence: Trust crumbles, among patients, applicants and partners.
6. You have a nagging gut feeling.
“Something is no longer right with our brand.” This feeling rarely deceives.
Consequence: Uncertainty in the team grows, decisions are made hesitantly, opportunities pass.
7. Your offer grows but without a clear structure.
New services, cooperations, maybe even an acquisition: The question “Umbrella brand or individual brand?” remains unanswered.
Consequence: Confusion internally and externally. Patients no longer understand what belongs together and turn away.
What happens if you ignore these signs?
Loss of sales due to unclear target group approach.
Decreasing trust among patients, partners and applicants.
Lost opportunities for growth and future security.
Frustration in the team because nobody knows how the brand should “really” appear.
If these points seem familiar to you: You are not alone. Many healthcare companies are standing right here, with excellent performance, but a brand that does not reflect this potential.
I accompany you through the process for more clarity inside, consistency outside and a positioning that creates trust.
Let’s rethink your foundation together, clearly, open to insights and with substance that remains.

Branding, website & online course platform for Simon Thiessen
Be free. Be you. | Simon Thiessen | Systemic Coach & Consultant
Corona has turned our lives upside down quite a bit. But we didn’t let that stop us from continuing to work diligently. For Simon Thiessen – Coaching & Consulting, we conceived and implemented a new corporate design including an online presence and training platform via podia.
In close cooperation with Simon, which — by the way — with Simon’s art and his unrestricted trust in us, does not feel like work, a timeless, authentic brand was created that optimally suits Simon’s personality and his business as a systemic coach and consultant for clarity and freedom.
The focus of his corporate identity lies in a combination of strong typography by Heike and hand-lettered words by My. The house colors are defined according to subject areas. Two main categories “Professional & Casual” were defined, so his website gains order and structure. A clear line that convinces every visitor to his website and invites them to stay there longer. You can quickly find your way around his website and immediately gain clarity about his online courses and his other offers.
His online presence for his work as a coach with online courses was optimally solved with the “podia” platform and wonderfully underlines Simon’s professionalism. At the same time, it strengthens confidence in his high-quality work.
Dear Simon, thank you very much for your trust in our work. We wish you every success with your new brand and website as a coach and consultant with online courses on clarity and freedom. – BE FREE, BE YOU!
We are already looking forward to further cooperation with you.
